What is this program all about?
This is a holistic and very specialized nutritional program for someone who is sick and tired of being sick and tired.

Tell me more about how inflammation is related to the foods I eat?
By unknowingly eating the wrong foods for your body, the immune system is chronically activated. This means it is ramped up- ready for a fight. When this occurs white blood cells can release harmful chemicals and generate damaging free radicals [inflammatory agents] as they encounter incompatible foods and chemicals.
The body acts as though it were fighting bacteria and viruses. This is happening within your body in a delayed fashion [3-5 days] so you can't quite figure this out.
A classic example that I tell my clients
Let's pretend you have a hidden or delayed food sensitivity to tomatoes but you don't know this. You eat some fresh delicious tomatoes from your garden on Monday. About 3-5 days later that 'headache that comes and goes is back, your muscles and joints seem sore again, you are extra tired and grumpy', the rash is back or worsened'.
In other words, you feel like you are having some rough days. You don't know why so you call it stress.
You could be having a delayed reaction to the tomatoes you ate several days ago. You would never put this together because we don't really do not know which foods are inflammatory without proper delayed/hidden food sensitivity testing. For those in the medical world, this is not IGG testing. This is a unique and different test.
