We were meant to be healthy!

I strongly believe  we are  responsible for the good stewardship of our bodies.

Therefore, if you have moved away from your state of splendid health, it is up to you to do whatever it takes to return to well-being.

This can be hard work.

No whining allowed!

What is this program all about?

This is a holistic and very specialized nutritional program for someone who is sick and tired of being sick and tired.

The purpose of this test [Alcat Test] is to show you which foods cause inflammation in your body and which foods will help you to avoid inflammation.

Knowing your particular list can help to you reduce pain, eliminate stiffness, reduce weight, correct digestion, and so much more. We will work together for approximately 4-5 months. You will know precisely, from a scientific lab  test, which foods are friendly or unfriendly to your body.

There is no guesswork. We are asking your body for answers in a very unique, specialized blood test which is the gold standard in the nutritional field. The results are always surprising and amazing. The counseling is done in a 'no nonsense format'. Over the course of months the results will be very satisfying. Please call the office for more details.

Who actually runs the test?
The Alcat Test is performed at Cell Sciences Systems Limited, Corporation,  a licensed  and  FDA complaint laboratory. The Alcat Test is the only test of its kind to have been awarded 3 patents.

Tell me more about how inflammation is related to the foods I eat?

By unknowingly eating the wrong foods for your body, the immune system is chronically activated.  This means it is ramped up- ready for a fight. When this occurs white blood cells can release harmful chemicals and generate damaging free radicals [inflammatory agents] as they encounter incompatible foods and chemicals.

The body acts as though it were fighting bacteria and viruses. This is happening within your body in a delayed fashion [3-5 days] so you can't quite figure this out.

A classic example that I tell my clients

Let's pretend you have a hidden or delayed food sensitivity to tomatoes but you don't know this. You eat some fresh delicious tomatoes from your garden on Monday. About 3-5 days later that 'headache that comes and goes is back, your muscles and joints seem sore again, you are extra tired and grumpy', the rash is back or worsened'.

In other words, you feel like you are having  some rough days. You don't know why so you call it stress.

You could be having a delayed reaction to the tomatoes you ate several days ago. You would never put this together because we don't really do not know which foods are inflammatory without proper delayed/hidden food sensitivity testing. For those in the medical world, this is not IGG testing. This is a unique and different test.

So you can see how knowing which are your 'good and bad guys' is invaluable.

These incompatible or 'wrong' foods become the problem. You may not even be aware this is occurring.

One clear way to know whether you have hidden food sensitivities [everyone has them] is to ask yourself:

Do I have symptoms that I just live with? Do they bother me all the time but are essentially not life threatening?

Food sensitivities often manifest in chronic symptoms that are part of life. These symptoms are 'background noise'. They are constantly present and you know you never feel 100% healthy.

Remember, you deserve to be completely healthy.
