We were meant to be healthy!
I strongly believe we are responsible for the good stewardship of our bodies.

Approach #1 You want to bury your head on the subject of supplements. You hate pills!
You best solution is to NOT take supplements. Don't waste your money if they are simply going to sit on your counter. Instead be sure to eat 3-6 serving of fresh fruit and veggies daily.
