We were meant to be healthy!

I strongly believe  we are  responsible for the good stewardship of our bodies.

Therefore, if you have moved away from your state of splendid health, it is up to you to do whatever it takes to return to well-being.

This can be hard work.

No whining allowed!

About supplements and what's best for you?

First of all let's define 'supplements' in plain language.
Supplements are nutritional insurance.
They deliver nutrients, vitamins and minerals to the body so we can function better.
Often times we cannot obtain those nutrients from local produce.
As humans, we are unable to eat  the vast quantities of foods we need in order to get the proper vitamin and mineral doses.
For example,  if you have a common head cold you might not be up for consuming 10 oranges to get your vitamin C. The oranges may also be out of season, expensive, poor tasting and grown on pesticide/fungicide treated soil.
So we use reliable, well researched and pure supplements to cover what we may miss in our diets.
