MISSION STATEMENT

We were meant to be healthy! 

I strongly believe  we are  responsible for the good stewardship of our bodies.

Therefore, if you have moved away from your state of splendid health, it is up to you to do whatever it takes to return to well-being. 

This can be hard work. 

No whining allowed!

How to easily eat well

Although personalized nutritional counseling is invaluable, there are several nutritional basics that so many of us miss.
From my clinical experience, when just one or more of these basics are met, bothersome symptoms can shift nicely.
If you have specific diagnoses, health conditions, sensitivities or medications you will benefit from personal care.

Nutritional Basics 
[which sustained our ancestors very well]


~  Eat 3 equal meals each day.

~  Do not ever, ever skip a meal.

~  Eat proteins 3 times each day 
[ beef, chicken, fish, turkey, diary, beans, eggs,nuts].

~  Eat 3 fruits each day.

~  Eat veggies at each meal. 

~  Drink 6-8 glasses of water daily
