Should I consider Nutritional Counseling?
Many people seek nutritional guidance simply to learn how to improve their states of wellbeing. They are well and want to remain that way. Knowing which foods are optimal for you can improve immune health as well as providing a foundation for better exercise programs. To ask yourself whether nutritional counseling would be of benefit to you consider the following questions:
Should I Consider Nutritional Therapy?
- Do you wake up tired and never seem to have enough energy or does your energy level drop in the afternoon?
- Do you have uncontrollable food cravings or excessive hunger?
- Are you confused about how to lose weight safely without suffering?
- Do you take vitamins and eat correctly but never feel 100% well? Do you experience "mental fog"?
- Are you uncertain about which foods cause or avoid inflammation/pain in your body?
- Are you unsure about which foods make you sleepy or alert, better or worse?
- Have you always wanted to learn more about good nutrition, but you didn't know who to ask or where to start?
- Are you confused about which vitamins you need? Do you believe all supplements are the same? They are not.
- Women: Are your menopausal symptoms becoming more intense and unbearable?
If you answer yes to any one of these questions, you should be speaking to me. | |
