*Nutra-Flax is a source of flax seed powder and an optimal, natural source of omega-3 fatty acids and lignans. flax seed powder 750 mg.
a source of omega-3 fatty acids and lignans
provides:
omega 3 fatty acids 52 mg.
omega 6 fatty acids 14 mg.
omega 9 fatty acids 20 mg.
lignans 3.8 mg.
insoluble fiber 177 mg.
soluble fiber 88 mg.
3-14 capsules per day, in divided doses, with or between meals, with 8-12 oz. of water.
