The Alcat Test measures cellular immune reactions between the white blood cells of your immune system and 200 common foods.  This means you will learn what the ideal foods are for your body, from your immune system's point of view.

The purpose of this test to see what your immune system has to say when exposed to these common foods and chemicals so you can make corrective changes to feel better. The information that you receive is abundant and can directly impact your health. The results are interpreted through counseling sessions over a period of 3-4 months. When a client begins the Food Sensitivity Program in my office I send a phlebotomist [a professional who draws blood] to the person's home or place of work. This for your convenience. The actual blood draw takes seconds and is done without fasting. Three weeks later the results have arrived and the client and I start counseling sessions. By unknowingly eating the wrong foods for your body the immune system is chronically activated.  This means it is ramped up- ready for a fight. When this occurs white blood cells can release harmful chemicals and generate damaging free radicals [inflammatory agents] as they encounter incompatible foods and chemicals.
